A MESSAGE From Our VP, Von Schulz

"Over my years with FIDUS, we have crafted our culture to focus on three things: our people, our customers, and our communities we serve."

Von started with FIDUS in 2020 as a Senior Account Manager for the Houston market. After a very successful year in this role, he became the VP of Sales. Von will continue his role as VP of Sales, while bringing to the partnership valuable expertise and vision. "It's very easy for business owners and investors to invest in ideas. Ideas are great, don’t get me wrong, but that’s the easy part.

Maintaining consistency within any business is always the most challenging. Over my years with FIDUS, we have crafted our culture to focus on three things: our people, our customers, and our communities we serve. The commitment and consistency we have to those three concepts has created an environment where profitability and growth have become a byproduct. The business model works and FIDUS is living proof of it. For me, it was a logical investment not an emotional one", said Schulz.
